How I can help
-
We can go over your planned itinary together and I can give you honest feedback - Is it realistic? Too much driving? Too many activities?
-
I can help you narrow down your options and highlight the places truly worth your time.
-
If you’re unsure where to start, we can brainstorm ideas together — I can suggest spots you might not have considered, and see if they spark your interest
-
I can also help you decide how long to spend in each location and the best way to get around, whether that’s flying, driving, or taking a campervan.
How it works
Step 1: Book a slot in my calendar.
Step 2: You’ll receive a confirmation email with a Google Meet link as soon as your
booking is confirmed.
Step 3: I’ll ask if you have any specific questions or itinerary notes you’d like me to
review before our call.
Step 4: On the video call, I’ll share my knowledge and advice so you can fast-track
your New Zealand trip planning. While I don’t make bookings for you, I can
send links and tips so you can book independently.
Step 5: After the call, I’ll send you notes summarizing our discussion. This could
include a day-by-day itinerary with personalized recommendations for
activities, hikes, food, and coffee stops.

Supporting small & independent businesses
I’m passionate about sustainable travel and local experiences. While I don’t specialize in family-friendly activities, I can still offer guidance if needed. My accommodation recommendations often come from personal experience with smaller, budget-friendly places, but occasionally I’ll suggest highly recommended spots I haven’t stayed at — I’ll always let you know when that’s the case.
I like to keep things informal and friendly, so don’t expect a rigid, serious format. If you finish a call and feel it wasn’t helpful, I’m happy to offer a full refund — I want you to leave feeling excited and clear about your trip.
No-show policy: If you miss your scheduled call without notice, I charge 50% of the booking fee to cover my time and refund the remaining 50%.
If you enjoy my work, you can support me by
buying me a virtual coffee — this website runs on caffeine and curiosity.
